Your first program is three months, paid upfront — and all three months ship at once. Your first order covers three months of medication in a single shipment, so you aren't chasing refills during the titration window. After that, you have the option to order one month at a time — no subscription, no auto-billing, nothing to cancel. No medication charge unless a licensed provider approves and prescribes treatment.

You're not charged unless a licensed provider approves you.

We place a temporary hold when you complete your assessment. It becomes a charge only after a provider reviews your intake and approves your program — usually within about 36 hours.

The care experience

Your first 90 days with Rese

A licensed provider reviews your case before treatment begins, and again every 90 days. We don't think anyone should be on a medication for a year without a physician looking at how it's going. Your first program covers all three months in one shipment — a full titration schedule set by your provider at the start, so your dose steps up safely and predictably. We stay with you through all twelve weeks, and your provider is in your portal whenever you have a medical question.

The full picture

Sometimes it isn't just the weight.

Changes in weight can happen alongside changes in sleep, cycles, energy, mood, strength, and metabolism. That doesn't mean hormones cause every weight concern — but it does mean the full picture matters.

Why three months

Why the first program is three months.

The medication titrates over roughly twelve weeks — that's how it's designed to work. Buying that window at once means all three months arrive in a single shipment, so nothing stalls halfway through while you wait on a refill.

One shipment, three months

Paid upfront, delivered together, in discreet packaging.

After that, it's your call

Once your first program is complete, you have the option to order one month at a time.

Nothing recurring

No subscription, no auto-billing, nothing to cancel. You order again only when you want to.

Fair questions

Asked and answered

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. A licensed provider reviews your health history and decides — and if the answer is no, they'll say so plainly and your card's preauthorization is released. You're never charged for medication that isn't approved.

What will I pay today?

Nothing is charged unless a licensed provider approves and prescribes treatment. Programs are sold as a 3-month program, so at checkout your card is preauthorized for that total — $555 for compounded semaglutide ($185/mo) or $897 for compounded tirzepatide ($299/mo) — and you see that exact number first. You may see a temporary pending authorization from your bank; that is not a completed charge. If treatment isn't approved, the authorization is released — timing varies by bank.

Why is the first program three months?

Because that's the window your provider needs to start treatment safely, evaluate your response, and adjust thoughtfully — and it means one shipment with all three months of medication instead of monthly refill scrambles. After your first program you have the option to order one month at a time.
