Legal
The fine print, in plain English.
We promise transparency everywhere else — the legal pages shouldn't be the exception. Each policy below has a plain-English summary up top, because you deserve to actually understand what you're agreeing to.
Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026
Plain-English summary: we collect what we need to provide your care and run the service, we protect it, we don't sell it, and we never contact your employer.
What we collect
- Health information you provide in your assessment and ongoing care — history, medications, measurements, goals.
- Account and contact details — name, email, phone, shipping address, state of residence.
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
- Usage data — how you use our site and messages, to improve the service.
How we use it
- To provide your care: provider review, prescriptions, pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, and secure portal messaging.
- To operate the business: billing, support, service improvement, and legal compliance.
- To contact you about your care and, with your consent, our journal and updates — unsubscribe anytime.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never contact your employer or department.
- We never disclose your health information except as described in our HIPAA Notice below or as required by law.
Who we share it with
Only the partners required to deliver your care — our contracted provider network, licensed pharmacies, shipping carriers (discreet packaging, no contents on the label), payment processors, and the technology platform that hosts our clinical operations. Each is bound by contract to protect your information.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to medical-record retention laws) by contacting support@resewellness.com. State-specific privacy rights (including under Arizona and California law) are honored where they apply.
Terms of Service
Effective July 2026
Plain-English summary: Rese connects you with licensed providers who decide what's medically appropriate. Prices are stated before you pay. Weight programs are sold as a 3-month program paid upfront, then month-to-month. Be honest in your assessment — your safety depends on it.
The service
Rese Wellness, LLC ("Rese") operates a wellness platform that connects you with independent licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. Rese does not itself practice medicine; all clinical decisions — including whether to prescribe — are made by licensed providers in your state using their independent judgment.
Eligibility and honesty
You must be 18 or older and located in a state where our provider network operates. You agree to provide accurate, complete health information; inaccurate answers can make treatment unsafe, and providing false information voids our responsibility for outcomes it causes.
Prescriptions are never guaranteed
Payment for a program does not purchase a prescription. If a provider determines treatment isn't appropriate for you, the preauthorization on your card is released and you are never charged (see Refund & Shipping Policy).
Pricing and billing
Every price is stated before you pay, as a monthly rate and a 3-month program total. Your first program covers three months, paid upfront, with all three months of medication dispensed in a single shipment. After the initial program you have the option to order one month at a time. There is no subscription and no auto-billing, so there is nothing to cancel. Prices never rise with your dose within a program.
Not for emergencies
Our service is not for medical emergencies. If you're experiencing an emergency, call 911.
The usual terms
Content on this site is educational, not medical advice. Accounts may be closed for misuse. Disputes are governed by Arizona law. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified.
Telehealth Consent
Effective July 2026
Plain-English summary: your care happens online, which has benefits and limits. A licensed provider in your state reviews your case; sometimes they'll require a video visit or labs, and you can ask for a human conversation at any point.
By using Rese you consent to receive care via telehealth: your health information is reviewed electronically by a licensed provider in your state, who may approve treatment, request more information, order labs, require a video visit where state law or clinical judgment calls for one, or decline treatment.
- Benefits: access without travel or waiting rooms, documented communication, care that fits your schedule.
- Limits: no physical exam; care depends on the accuracy of what you share. Your provider will tell you if your situation needs in-person care.
- Your rights: you may withdraw this consent, request your records, or ask to speak with a person at any time — it will never delay urgent guidance.
HIPAA Notice
Effective July 2026
Plain-English summary: your health information is protected by federal law. We use it for treatment, payment, and operations — and beyond that, only with your written authorization or where the law requires.
How your health information may be used
- Treatment — sharing with the providers and pharmacies involved in your care.
- Payment — processing billing for your program.
- Operations — quality improvement, safety monitoring, and compliance.
- As required by law — court orders, public-health reporting, and similar legal duties.
Your rights
- Get a copy of your health records, and request corrections.
- Request restrictions on certain uses, and confidential communications (e.g., a specific phone or email).
- Receive a list of certain disclosures, and a paper copy of this notice.
- File a complaint — with us at support@resewellness.com or with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services — without retaliation.
Uses beyond the above — including any marketing use of your health information — require your written authorization, which you may revoke at any time.
Refund & Shipping Policy
Effective July 2026
Plain-English summary: you are not charged unless a licensed provider approves you. Once compounded medication has shipped it cannot be returned or refunded, because it cannot be restocked. If a shipment arrives damaged or compromised, we replace it.
- You are not charged unless approved. Completing your assessment places a temporary authorization hold on your card. It becomes a charge only after a licensed provider reviews your intake and approves your program — usually within about 36 hours. If you are not approved, the hold is released and no charge is made. Release timing varies by bank.
- You change your mind before provider review: contact us and the hold is released — you are never charged.
- After medication ships: compounded prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed. Compounded preparations are made for an individual patient and cannot be restocked or redispensed, and pharmacy law prohibits their return.
- Damaged or compromised shipments: if your order arrives damaged, broken, or outside its required temperature range, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
- Our error — wrong item or wrong quantity shipped: replaced or refunded, your choice, at no cost to you.
- Nothing recurring. There is no subscription and no auto-billing, so there is nothing to cancel. You order again only when you choose to.
Questions about a charge or a shipment? Email support@resewellness.com. Medical questions go to your patient portal, where a licensed provider will respond. If you're having trouble breathing, severe abdominal pain, or any symptom that feels like an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room — don't wait for us and don't wait for the portal.
