The Plateau Protocol
Almost every body adapts between weeks eight and twelve — the scale slows, and most programs go quiet right when you need them. Ours does the opposite: at week eight our co-founder Sabrina Mortensen, RN, BSN, checks in on how it's actually going — protein, sleep, movement, and what's worth raising with your provider. Anything clinical, you message your provider directly in your patient portal.
Ongoing oversight
Your case is reviewed again every 90 days.
A licensed provider reviews your case before treatment begins, and again every 90 days after that. We don't think anyone should be on a medication for a year without a physician looking at how it's going.
In between, your provider is a message away in your patient portal — you write when something changes, and a licensed clinician answers there.

Why is the price flat when other programs charge by dose?
Because dose-based pricing punishes you for the medicine working as designed. Titration upward is normal and expected — your price is $185/mo for compounded semaglutide or $299/mo for compounded tirzepatide, at every dose, period.
What's actually included?
